COMMERCIAL MODULAR PLATFORM ALUMINUM RAMP INSTALLATION This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. This is not a request for pricing. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Charles George VA Medical Center, has a requirement for Chiller Maintenance Services, located in Asheville, NC. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about September 23rd, 2026. In accordance with Public Law, P.L. 109-461, this is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, size standard of $ 19.0 million. All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) and listed as verified in the SBA database, https://sba.gov/ All correspondence and responses shall be e-mailed to Harold McQuillia at harold.mcquillia@va.gov.
