**Please reread requirement documents because solitication has been amended and updated. SOR has been updated to reflect minor changes.** This requirement outlines the full replacement of the Munitions Storage Area (MSA) vehicle gate at Joint Base Langley?Eustis, including demolition of the existing gate, installation of a new 7?ft cantilever slide gate with 9?gauge steel fabric, a HySecurity HD30 operator with battery backup, integration of existing keypads, UL?325 safety devices, in?ground loops, grounding, and all required physical security, explosives safety, and warranty/SLA standards. The with?bollards version adds one additional task: removing the old bollards and installing new protective bollards at the relocated gooseneck pedestal. The without?bollards version is identical in every other respect but excludes all bollard work.
