This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 75D301-26-Q-79263 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Hamilton laboratory equipment and associated installation, software, training, and accessories for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Division of Laboratory Sciences. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The requirement consists of CLINs 0001–0003: Hamilton VANTAGE 2.0 systems, one each; CLIN 0004: Hamilton STAR system, one each; CLINs 0005–0006: Hamilton STARlet systems, one each; and CLIN 0007: Hamilton Labelite Decapper, one each. Required configurations, accessories, software/licenses, installation, training, verification materials, warranty coverage, and trade-in requirements are identified in Section C of the attached RFQ. The RFQ specifies Hamilton brand-name products and does not request equal products. Delivery is required within 90 calendar days after award, F.O.B. destination. The delivery, installation, and acceptance location is CDC Distribution Center, 3719 North Peachtree Road, Chamblee, GA 30341-2221. Government acceptance includes verification of the required configuration, installation, and functional operation. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order. Quotations will be evaluated considering technical capability and price. Submit quotations electronically to Ruben Reyes Colon at qmz3@cdc.gov by the specificed time. Direct all acquisition-related communications to the same email address. Identify the solicitation number in correspondence. The attached SF 18 RFQ, including Sections B through E, forms part of this combined synopsis/solicitation and provides the complete equipment requirements, pricing schedule, delivery and acceptance requirements, provisions, clauses, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions. The description of requirement is included in Section C; no separate statement of work is identified.
