IA - Temp Modular Office Space approx. 36X56 The setup of the temporary office space is expected to be completed and turned over for government occupancy on 11/30/26 and the first day of billing for the base year rental will be 11/30/26. Vendor will submit a packet with drawings and description for the office space that meets the SOW to be offered and a written plan for the installation and set up. Submit a filled out a price sheet, 1st page of the packet. This is a rental contract for temporary office space, not a construction contract. Bonding is not required. See attached packet. For questions and to submit your packet, email robert_sung@ios.doi.gov with "140F0S26Q0051" in the subject line Additional RFI item: Q: The maintenance yard that this modular building is to be located shows a gravel surface. Unless ADA requirements changed this month, that would not be an acceptable surface for a ramp. Asphalt or concrete, or a solid, smooth surface is needed. Is a ramp needed as I am not seeing anything that indicates a handicap parking area is needed for the ramp to terminate? A: ADA and ABA require level and slip-resistant landings that are free of obstructions. Compacted gravel meets this requirement. Provide accessible ramps per the scope of work. Q: Is low voltage wiring required for phone/data? A: Yes Q: Will office furniture be needed? A: No. Q: When is the expected move in date acceptance of the office space 11/30/26. Contract will start on 11/30/26, but can be adjusted as needed. Temporary office space is expected to be fully set (utilities) up on date the contract starts. NOTE: Vendor is no longer required to submit mockups, however Floor plans/drawings and a written description is required.
