Overview: Portfolio Acquisition Executive Command, Control, Communications and Battle Management (PAE C3BM/C3M), Mission Planning Division is initiating market research to identify potential vendors who can provide technical engineering support services to the 519 Software Engineering Squadron (SWES). The required support includes developing Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) Common Component (CC) software updates that interface with the Technology Advanced Group (TAG)-owned Joint Modernized Handheld (JMHH) device. The JMHH device would be on loan via bailment agreement to USAF. Interested parties would have to enter into Associate Contractor Agreements (ACA) with applicable third- party integrators as needed and other stakeholders, as applicable. All CC updates must be exportable with the ability to support partner nations. This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or promise to issue an RFP in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. Technical Requirements: Based on the provided Program Information (Attachment 2) and Statement of Objectives (Attachment 3), please describe your company’s solutions, recommendations, and experience as a prime contractor supporting similar technical engineering support services. Specifically cite areas with experience with the JMHH or similar device. Response Submittal: Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI with a white paper.
