CHANGES IN REGIONS: Region Count reduced by two (2) from five (5) to three (3) The table showing 5 Regions was struck from original notice A new table reflecting 3 Regions was added 3. CHANGE THE REGIONS MAP. REMOVE the attachment: REGIONS.pdf ADD the attachment: REGIONS2.pdf
