Refer to the Contractor Response Document Spreadsheet (CRDS) for estimated quantities. This BPA does not commit to the government to pay any cost for the preparation and submission of a proposal. Furthermore, the government is under no obligation to procure any supplies or services related to this request. You are reminded that the contracting officer (CO) is the only person who can legally commit the government to the expenditure of funds in connection with this requirement.
