The BILIM Project is supported by the World Bank through the Program-for-Results (PforR) financing instrument. The Project also includes technical assistance financed under Investment Project Financing (IPF) to support its implementation. The Project aims to improve the quality of education, strengthen students’ foundational knowledge and skills, and create an enabling learning environment in schools. The Ministry of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan (“the Purchaser”) invites Quotations from eligible Service Providers for the provision of above titled non-consulting services . The Purchaser intends to apply funds from the World Bank (WB) for eligible payments under the Contract resulting from this Request for Quotation . You must quote for all the items combined under this RFQ. Price quotations will be evaluated for all the items together and contract awarded to the firm offering the lowest evaluated total cost of all the items. Partial quotations are not permitted. 6. Your quotation in English language should be accompanied by adequate technical documentation and/or catalogue(s) regarding the experience of the Service Provider in organizing similar events. A Service Provider must make event organization arrangements quickly as the event must take place on September 8, 2026. 8. Your quotation should be submitted as per these instructions and in accordance with the RFQ. The Quotation shall be submitted in a scanned pdf copy, signed and sealed, and be submitted to the following address.
