The purpose of this call for tenders is to solicit proposals for the Tungsten Total Agility (TTA) (formerly Kofax, “KTA”) managed services, as further detailed in section 2 of tender document. The requirement combines three related activities: (i) authorized reseller and licensing management for TTA licenses and subscriptions; (ii) first-line application support and maintenance; and (iii) professional services for development, integration and continuous evolution of the existing Platform.Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
