Project Description: Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) requires the design of a new outfall for the 1B Hydraulic System mine pool located in Dominion, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, Nova Scotia. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued under Heavy Civil Engineering Supply Arrangement (SA) EB129-192368. The invited firms from the Geotechnical discipline for Nova Scotia are Harbourside Geotechnical Consultants, Hatch Ltd., GEMTEC, and AECOM Canada Ltd. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Requests must be submitted to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of notification that the bid was unsuccessful. General Information: Proposals must be submitted only through SAP Ariba by the date and time specified in the RFP. The issuing office is Atlantic Region Acquisitions, 1713 Bedford Row, Halifax, NS, B3J 1T3. This office provides services in English. Proposals may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
