All bids submitted after 2:00pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Description Canada is seeking proposals for professional survey research and project management services to plan, coordinate, administer, and deliver the Canadian Student Alcohol and Drugs Survey (CSADS). The survey will gather nationally and provincially representative data from at least 36,000 students in Grades 7 to 12 across Canada to support Health Canada’s surveillance activities and evidence-based policies and programs related to youth substance use. The requirement is subject to security requirements and includes the possibility of two additional three-year option periods.
