Ceredigion County Council is inviting tenders for the service of providing and operating a Household Waste Site (HWS) in South-East Ceredigion. Services shall include the provision of a HWS, reception, sorting, transport, reprocessing, and disposal of materials. Tenders are invited from suitably qualified parties who are able to provide the services compliant with all current legislation. The estimated value is between £4 million and £4.23 million excluding VAT or £4.8 million to £5.1 million including VAT for the full term of the contract including all extensions. It is issued for guidance only and does not constitute a fixed budget or an indication of the expected contract price. Bidders are expected to submit a competitive bid based on market prices.
