This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2X3B36251A001 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by both reference and full text (see Attachment 2). The full text of clauses incorporated by reference may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
