This notice serves as the official Solicitation Announcement for Solicitation Reference 19ES6026Q0014, covering the provision of official cellphone and landline services for the American Embassy San Salvador in El Salvador. The complete solicitation package, including all specifications, applicable terms and conditions, and detailed instructions for the preparation and submission of quotations, is attached for your review. Prospective offerors must submit any inquiries regarding this solicitation in writing to CotoAB@state.gov no later than August 21, 2026. All quotations must be submitted in accordance with the solicitation instructions and received by the closing date of September 25, 2026, to be considered. The U.S. Government reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel this solicitation at any time, and to reject any or all offers received.
