Misawa AB seeks to obtain ice breaker attachments that can be hitched to Misawas current trucks without modifying the vehicles fronts. The ice breaker attachments will be used on the front end of their vehicles and will expedite snow/ice removal from Misawas roads and parking lots. Characterstics are defined within the attached solicitation document as a brand name or equal for Raiko.
