AMENDMENT A00002: The purpose of this amendment is extend the solicitation close date and provide clarifications to questions posed by industry. Quotes may be submitted as Firm-Fixed-Unit-Price (FFUP) format with a unit price as the primary pricing element. The government reserves the right to adjust award volumes based on proposed unit price and availability of funding. Pricing may be provided per analyte. The government requires a minimum of one sample per site for both water and/or soil testing. All five samples will not be taken at once, but will be submitted separately with at least a week or more in between submitted samples for analysis. Each set of samples submitted will be tested for specific analytes one time, separated by a week or more. AMENDMENT A00001: The purpose of this amendment is to re-open and extend the solicitation. Additional work is added on Line Item 20. The contractor must submit a signed copy of the SF30 and SF1449 to be a responsive quotation. Narrative: The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office requests quotation for work performed under the attached Statement of Work. The resultant order will be for a firm-fixed-price type. This RFQ is issued pursuant to the procedures of FAR Parts 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. REFERENCE PR: 0044058320; 0044059083 Delivery is FOB Destination pursuant to FAR 52.247-34. Although the government does not currently anticipate a need for discussions, the government reserves the right to conduct discussions if necessary. Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Provide in your quotation in accordance with your standard commercial sales processes. A capabilities statement is recommended. 2. Send quotation to scott_voigt@ios.doi.gov no later than the suspense date. Late quotes will not be considered. 3. Questions are to be submitted to scott_voigt@ios.doi.gov within seven calendar days of the issuance of the original solicitation. Any questions will be responded to via RFQ amendment to the vendor pool. 4. Quotes shall be valid for not less than 120 days. 5. Although the government does not currently anticipate a need for discussions, the government reserves the right to conduct discussions if necessary.
