Notice to Quoters/Offerors Regarding PIEE Registration for Proposal Submission: In accordance with the requirements of this solicitation, all quoters/offerors are required to submit their quotes/proposals electronically via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module. Quoters/offerors must be registered in PIEE and have an active Proposal Manager role to submit proposals. Failure to register appropriately in PIEE and submit quotes/proposals through the Solicitation Module may result in the rejection of your quote/proposal.
