This repair now requires and DD form 1423. The offer due date is 11/12/2026. This amendment makes no other changes to the solicitation. \ This solicitation is issued pursuant to Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF). Any resulting contract will be in accordance to the terms and conditions of the Basic Ordering Agreement #N0010421GVV01. "All freight is FOB Origin. The resultant award of this REPAIR solicitation will be issued bilaterally, requiring the contractor's written acceptance prior to execution. Verify nomenclature, part number, and NSN prior to responding. Government Source Inspection (GSI) is required.
