Centers for Disease Control (CDC) is issuing this synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for a California-based integrated health care system to serve as an electronic health record site in CDCs VISION 2.0 respiratory pathogen surveillance network, providing integrated, longitudinal medical, laboratory, pharmacy, vaccination, claims, and outcomes data to support influenza surveillance, vaccine-effectiveness studies, and related respiratory pathogen research across emergency/urgent care, inpatient, and intensive care unit (ICU) settings. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of acquisition.
