DESCRIPTION: This procurement action is for a firm fixed-price construction contract to perform interior and exterior primer, paint, and stain removal on assembly bay door, man doors and visitor entrance doors trim and hardware. Surface repair and/or replacement of rotten and weathered wood. Stain and seal all wood on all door’s interior and exterior. Paint all metal and associate hardware black interior and exterior. PERFORMANCE LOCATION:USACE Dale Hollow Dam 305 Power House Road Celina, Tennessee 38551 Attention: Jacqueline Huff – Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The completion date for this contract is 140 calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). NAICS code Z1JZ and 238320 Painting and Wall Covering Contractors, Size Standard $19.0M. WHO MAY SUBMIT: This procurement is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business(SDVOSB) Set-Aside.
