Requirements FULL SIZE TRUCK - 2026 OR 2026 MODEL YEAR - GASOLINE OR DIESEL FUEL ENGINE - 6 OR 8 CYLINDER - 2ND ROW (CREW OR EXTENDED CAB) SEATING - RADIO - RUNNING BOARDS - BEDLINER - CARGO BED STEPS - PREFERRED COLOR: BLACK/DARK GREY EXTERIOR & DARK INTERIOR - MUST HAVE LOCAL SERVICE WARRRANTY - MUST HAVE CERTIFIED DEALER TRAINED STAFF IN NASSAU - MUST BE DUTY FREE - MUST HAVE BAHAMAS TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER Interested parties can request additional information by email to johnpalaciousck@state.gov. All responsible sources may submit an offer TO EmbassyNassauQuotes@state.gov which will be considered. All companies must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in Nassau, Bahamas Have all licenses and permits required by Bahamian law Have no political or business affiliation which would be considered contrary to the interests of the United States Willing to accept a US Embassy Purchase Order that does not allow mobilization or stage payments Willing to accept payment in full within 30 days after completion and inspection by electronic transfer of funds ** This solicitation is for local qualified companies only.
