This is a sole source solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2.) This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses from Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAC 2026-01; and supplemental Regulations from the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DFARS Change 05/07/2026. 4.)
