The U.S. Government is seeking to establish a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for comprehensive commercial gym membership services throughout various locations in Australia. This requirement supports the physical readiness and well-being of U.S. Government personnel. The scope of this requirement is entirely commercial in nature. Services will be required in and around key metropolitan and regional locations, including but not limited to: Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Darwin, Alice Springs, Perth, Melbourne, Cairns, and Adelaide. This BPA will allow designated U.S. Government "Authorized Callers" to place firm-fixed-price Call Orders against a pre-established vendor price list for gym memberships. Offerors are not required to provide coverage in every location or membership type. Please review the attached Combo Solicitation Document. This is the master document that establishes all solicitation parameters, terms and conditions, evaluation factors, and quote submission instructions. All performance and administrative requirements are detailed in the following attachments: Attachment 01 – Gym Membership Services Performance Work Statement (PWS) Attachment 02 – Price List Template Attachment 03 – Monthly Gym Membership Roster Template Key Dates: Questions Due: All questions must be submitted via email no later than 25 September 2026, 07:30 AM AEDT.
