316 LRS is requesting a complete Hot Water Pressure Washer System for their mission needs. On-site installation must be included. See salient characteristics for additional details. Questions must be email to the contract specialist and contacting officer by 2:00PM EDT, Friday, 18 September 2026. Quotes should be valid until 30 Sep 26. ______________________________________________ 22 Sep 26 - Amendment 2 - See attatched for additional details. 18 Sep 26 - Questions and answers have been posted see attached for full details. 16 Sep 26: Amended see attachments for full details. 52.232-18 Applies ***Notice to Offeror: "Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs."
