This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the procurement of Kardex Megamat RS350 Vertical Carousel Module w/17 Carriers, or Equal for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, GA. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) number 70LGLY26QGLBB00015. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. In response to this combined notice, vendors will be required to submit the following information on company letterhead or business stationary directly to the Contracting Officer by the date and time established for receipt of quotes. Quote: RFQ Number 70LGLY26QGLBB00015. Schedule of Pricing broke out in accordance with Schedule of Prices listed below. Offeror must attach specs for a conforming quote. Offer must include completed Technical Exhibit #1 Specifications for Evaluation & Submission Sheet The provision at 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors—Commercial, applies to this acquisition; addenda is provided. The clause at 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions—Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. System for Award Management (SAM). By submission of a quote, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. If the offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered offeror.
