Please ensure the RFQ and all associated enclosures and attachmentsare carefully read and all appropriate supporting docuemntation is provided with your quote in accordance with the RFQ and its enclosures. *9/1/2026 - This solicitation is reopened with an updated due date of 3:00 PM ET, September 11, 2026 to promote competition. Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as BSA), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) herewith solicits your quote for the subject requirement as outlined in Enclosure 1, Draft Contract 471924. BSA invites you to participate in accordance with the RFQ letter and all supporting enclosures and exhibits. This requirement has been posted on SAM.gov website under Request for Quote (RFQ) 471924. Any questions concerning this RFQ must be addressed via email to the attention of Lisa Gonzales at lgonzales@bnl.gov.
