The purpose of this procurement is to award a delivery order for Pressure Seal Paper (PSP), which is required to support secure, envelope-free mailings for various U.S. Census Bureau survey and correspondence programs. Specifications: 8.5" x 11" Pressure Seal Paper Sub-28 lb. white paper stock V-fold configuration Duplex pressure-seal format Seal-MOCR compatible One-color printing (1/1) using customer-specified ink color No block-out pattern Adhesive pattern as specified Packaged 2,000 sheets per carton Maximum allowable overrun: 10% Maximum 108,000 sheets per pallet Please refer to the attached RFQ for detailed requirements and specifications. Deadline for questions will be 12 EST Wednesday, October 28, 2026. Answers will be posted NLT COB October 29, 2026.
