Quotes shall be submitted no later than the date and time indicated on this posting and the SF 1449 to LTC Jennifer D. Easterling at jennifer.d.easterling4.mil@army.mil and Ms. Rochelle T. Frye at rochelle.t.frye.civ@army.mil. Instruments must meet requirements outlined in the attached Salient Characteristics document.
