Required services include contractor-furnished labor, parts, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, preventive maintenance, repairs, system updates, testing, and emergent service calls for: Closed-circuit television and video-management systems Access-control and intrusion-detection systems Duress, infant-protection, behavioral-health, and Code Blue/Stentofon alarm systems Gates, barrier arms, and associated network connectivity Quarterly preventive-maintenance visits and corrective maintenance across the base and option periods Required technical qualifications, applicable California licenses, recent relevant past performance, and firm-fixed-price CLIN pricing The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible small-business quoter whose quotation is most advantageous, considering technical capability, past performance, and price.
