21 Sep 2026 - Amendment 0001 - The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to incorporate all questions and answers into the solicitation and to extend the response due date from 21 September 2026 at 2:00pm to Wednesday, 23 September 2026 at 2:30 pm. Additionally, based on the Q and A the unit of measurement for all service call line items will be updated from "40 each" to "40 hours". Lastly, option lines 5001 through 5003 will be reduced to reflect quantities for half of a year as these line items are for a 6-month option to extend the term of the contract, rather than a full year. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Aircraft Fire Training Facility Maintenance, Inspection and Repair IAW Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is being solicited as full and open with a HUBZONE price evaluation preference under NAICS 811310. Potential Offerors are to provide a quote for the services IAW the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). *** To be considered for award, note that the offeror must be actively registered with the US Government database System for Award Management (SAM). Vendors must provide their CAGE code along with the quote. *** Quotes are due no later than 2:00 pm EST, 21 Sep 2026. Quotes shall be sent via e-mail to both POC's listed.
