This solicitation is issued under the Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration's (NNSA) Enterprise-Wide Technical and Engineering, and Programmatic Services III (TEPS III) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Update 9/21/2026: This solicitation is restricted to TEPS III BPA vendors. As such, the solicitation has been transmitted directly to those vendors via Fedconnect. As this opportunity is only available to TEPS III vendors, the solicitation is not available to the public on Fedconnect. Therefore, the link to Fedconnect has been removed from this notice.
