Przedmiot zamówienia: „Dostawa produktów leczniczych, leków biologicznych i immunoglobulin.” Zamówienie zostało podzielona na 14 części: Część nr 1 - „Tofacitinib citrate” Część nr 2 - „Etanercept” Część nr 3 - „Secukinumab” Część nr 4 - „Nintedanibum” Część nr 5 - „Adalimumab” Część nr 6 - „Tocilizumabum I” Część nr 7 - „Tocilizumabum II” Część nr 8 - „Immunoglobulin normal human 5%” Część nr 9 - „Produkty lecznicze I” Część nr 10 - „Produkty lecznicze II” Część nr 11 – „Golimumab” Część nr 12 – „Guselkumabum” Część nr 13 – „Ixekizumab” Część nr 14 – „Immunoglobulin normal human 10%” 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają niniejsza SWZ oraz: 1) załącznik nr 1 – formularz oferty; 2) załącznik nr 2 – formularz asortymentowo-cenowy odpowiednio dla części 1 - 14; 3) załącznik nr 3 – projektowane postanowienia umowy.
