Sykehusinnkjøp shall, on behalf of Sykehuspartner HF, procure different types of courses. The aim of the procurement is to raise and formalise competence within project, programme and portfolio management by offering employees competence development through courses and certifications within these disciplines. The company ́s need for competence development can, therefore, be summarised and grouped as follows: 1) Management and change frameworks based on recognised frameworks for •Project, programme and portfolio management•Effect management and profit realisation•Change management2)Flexible, product and value creation connected to the areas•Flexible development•Product management and product development•Value based product, target and value flow management
