Che cosa richiede la stazione appaltante

The Norwegian Parliament needs to enter into a contract with a tenderer who can offer digital access to news sources that are not covered by the Norwegian Parliament ́s existing contracts. Access shall be available via PCs, tablets and mobile telephones, and it shall include newspapers in PDF format or equivalent e-newspaper format. The agreement is expected to include approx. 200 newspapers, but the number of available publications can vary during the agreement period. All news sources shall be available through a combined platform that provides users with general and clear access to the content, with good search and navigation possibilities.
