Amendment to Delivery Schedule Reference is made to Section VII – Schedule of Requirements, List of Goods and Delivery Schedule, of the Bidding Documents. The delivery schedule for Line Item No. 1 – Transport vehicles for medical waste (MW), fully equipped as per technical specifications, is hereby amended as follows: The Earliest Delivery Date is amended from 30 days after Contract Effectiveness to 120 days after Contract Effectiveness. The Latest Delivery Date is amended from 120 days after Contract Effectiveness to 180 days after Contract Effectiveness. Accordingly, the relevant provisions of the List of Goods and Delivery Schedule shall be read accordingly. 2. Amendment to Deadline for Submission of Bids Reference is made to the Specific Procurement Notice and the relevant provisions of the Bidding Documents concerning the deadline for submission of Bids. The deadline for submission of Bids is hereby extended from 01 October 2026 at 2:00 PM to 06 November 2026 at 14:00. Accordingly, all references in the Bidding Documents to the previous deadline of 01 October 2026 at 14:00 shall be understood as referring to the new deadline of 06 November 2026 at 14:00 . 3. General Provision This Amendment is issued to amend the relevant provisions of the Bidding Documents. All other terms and conditions of the Bidding Documents remain unchanged. This Amendment shall form an integral part of the Bidding Documents and shall be considered by all Bidders in the preparation and submission of their Bids. The Ministry of Health now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the supply and delivery of six (6) transport vehicles for medical waste, including warranty and related services. The vehicles shall be specially designed for the safe transport of infectious healthcare waste in compliance with applicable safety and environmental standards, in accordance with the technical specifications set forth in the Bidding Document. The delivery period shall be specified in the Bidding Document. 3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (September 2023) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. The following weightings shall apply for Rated Criteria (including technical and non-price factors): 80%, and for Bid cost: 20% 5.
