All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by October 1, 2026 at 14:00. All bids submitted after 14:00 will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers to provide maintenance services for the fire alarm, fire protection, and life safety systems to ensure their integrity and uninterrupted performance at Block 3 (Sir A John MacDonald Building, Booth Building, Dover-Brouse-Slater Building, Wellington Building and National Press Building). A mandatory site visit will be held on September 17, 2026 at 10:00AM. Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than September 10, 2026 at 11:00AM to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) and date of birth(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
