The Submarine Rescue Operations Maintenance Contractor (SROMC) is responsible for: maintaining all systems in a constant high state of readiness; providing appropriate and sufficient personnel and services necessary for the engineering, management, technical and logistic support, mobilization, deployment, operation, storage, and repair; and maintenance of the SRS on a 24-hour-per-day, 7-day-a-week basis. The Government will rely and follow applicable federal procurement rules and regulations including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Navy Marine Corps Acquisition Regulation Supplement (NMCARS) for the planned acquisition. PAE Undersea/DRPM intends to solicit this requirement as a full and open competition. A solicitation is expected to be released on or around November 2026.
