Request for Quote (RFQ) Laptops and Charging Carts Same or Similar (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR 12.203 and FAR 12.205, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) (RFO Parts and Deviations). (iv) THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE: OPEN MARKET. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this acquisition is 334111 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. (v) CLIN Nomenclature: 64ea Laptops with the following: 1. Operating System: Windows 10 2. Brand: Any are acceptable. 3. Processor (CPU): Intel i5 dual-core 4. Graphics (GPU): Nvidia 1050 (or equivalent supporting DirectX 11 or greater) 5. Memory (RAM): 4GB 6. 14 Inch screen 7. No Integrated CAC Reader 8. 2 Charging Carts (Must charge 30+ devices each) (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB), CA has a requirement for Edwards AFB (EAFB) Laptops and Charging Carts. (vii) Estimated Delivery: 30 days (viii) The provision at RFO FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. All provisions and clauses can be viewed in their entirety at acquisition.gov. ADDENDUM to 52.212-2, Evaluation – Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Any resulting contract of this RFQ will be awarded as Firm Fixed-Price. Quotes will be evaluated to determine best value. Price, features of the supply, delivery terms, and warranty terms are all factors to be considered when determining best value. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer’s specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award. One award will be made under this solicitation. Awards will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
