Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912D0-27-Q-A002 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for 11th Airborne Division Historian and Coordination Support Services at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services and the small business size standard is $24.5 million. See addendum to FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation provision in the Solicitation for the evaluation criteria of a complete quote. As outlined in the solicitation, all questions or concerns shall be submitted in writing no later than 1000 AKDT on 15 October 2026.
