This procurement is solicited as Full and Open Competition under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334220. The business size standard for NAICS 334220 is 1,250 employees. This solicitation supersedes the previously issued RFQ 480758, which was cancelled following a revision to the acquisition strategy. The requirement is being re-solicited on an unrestricted, full and open competition basis. Interested parties should review the revised RFQ and all attachments in their entirety.
