This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z02326Q000H0002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a short-term bus contract. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has the following requirement: The North American Classification system (NAICS) code is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, and the applicable PSC is R699 Support - Administrative: Other Service. interedted parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System Award MAnagement (SAM) prior to submittng their quote. USCG intends to issue a purchase order in support of this requirement. These services are to provide a comprehensive analysis of existing USCG and other military branches’ MEO processes to inform the development of a new, updated USCG MEO program, including policies and guidance documents (i.e. instructions and SOPs). This effort will involve in-depth research, stakeholder engagement, a current-state analysis, and the development of an actionable implementation plan to ensure the recommended overhaul of the USCG MEO Program is successfully adopted and implemented.
