Amendment 0001 created due to expired Quotes from originnal solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 75H70726Q00076 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide Recruitment Video Production Services This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. 1. Total Price: 2. See attached RFQ for description of requirements. 3. Place of Performance: The Jicarilla Service Unit 500 N Mundo Dr Dulce, NM 87528 4. See attached RFQ for a list of solicitation provisions that apply to the acquisition. 5. See attached RFQ for a list of contract clauses that apply to the acquisition. Quotes will be accepted via email to raelynn.ray@ihs.gov until 4:30 pm MST on Friday, October 30, 2026. Only Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) will be considered for award under this solicitation. This exclusivity is being applied to further the purposes of the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, and HHSAR Subpart 326.6, which promote economic development, business growth, and increased contracting opportunities for Indian-owned small businesses. Limiting competition to ISBEEs at this stage ensures priority consideration for eligible Indian-owned firms and supports the Governments commitment to fostering Indian economic enterprises within the acquisition process.
