The part numbers listed in the attachment titled "Statement of Work PD" are accurate, and offerors should use the information listed there. Review also found the delivery field in the SOW incorrectly listed delivery as CPT instead of FOB: Destination. This has been updated and a fresh SOW posted in the attachments section. An amendment to the solicitation reflecting these changes has been issued and posted to the attachment section. This solicitation is for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in the Revolutionary RFO 12.201-1 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and additional information is included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation W9127N26QA166 is for the purchase of one (1) Emerson Flexim FLUXUS G631EE Portable Gas Clamp on Ultrasonic Flow Meter System, complete with required accessories, clamp-on transducers, and specialized probes. This requirement is being solicited on a brand name only basis. Please see the attached Statement of Work and Brand Name Determination for additional information. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, effective 13 MAR 2026. This solicitation is advertised as a 100% small business set aside, under NAICS Code: 334514 - Totalizing Fluid Meter and Counting Device Manufacturing, with a size standard of 850 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. No shipments are allowed other than normal business hours of Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PST, excluding federal holidays.
