This is an Announcement is for Hazardous Waste Removal services. The tentative Period of Performance is: 02/14/2027-02/13/2031. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The purpose of this Sources Sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes. The Government is not obligated to, nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. This requirement is for a non-Personal Services Contract for hazardous waste removal services at the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS). Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, tools, travel and overhead necessary to perform this service at VAPAHCS. Offerors will comply with EPA/OSHA regulations. The NAICS and Product Service Codes for this requisition are as follows: NAICS code 562211 Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal has been verified as the correct NAICS code for the requirement, verified through the BLS website at https://www.bls.gov/cew/classifications/industry/industry-titles.htm The correct Product and Service Code (PSC) for the requirement is F108: Environmental Systems Protection- Environmental Remediation is verified in the April 2025 PSC Manual. Basic Requirement Information-Interested vendors are asked to review the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and provide the following information in their response: Company Name, Point Contact, Email address An Informal Quote Authorized Distributor Letter (if applicable) Capabilities Statement /Narrative NAICS code and size standard UEI Number Vendor POC information If the vendor has any existing contracts in which these items can be ordered from (e.g. GSA, NASA SEWP, DLA eCAT, VA SAC, or VA NAC). If responses to questions 1-8 are not provided, vendor is considered nonresponsive.
