SITE VISIT - 7 Oct 2026, 0830 This is a notice for all interested parties to perform a site visit concerning the C-5 Wingstands at Robins Air Force Base, GA 31098. NOTE: COSTS INCURRED ARE AT THE INTERESTED PARTY’S EXPENSE. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY ANY ASSOCIATED COSTS WITH THE SITE VISIT. All interested parties should utilize the following information to communicate their intent to attend (full names, birthdates, driver’s license numbers, and driver’s license states of all attending members, email addresses and phone numbers) and should contact the Government Point of Contact (POC) at least a week prior but (NLT: 2 Oct 2026 by 12:30 pm) to the scheduled visit: Landon Johnson 402 AMXG/MXDE landon.johnson.6@us.af.mil The date and time scheduled for the site visit: Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 8:30 AM EST. This will be a two-hour visit. The first hour of the visit will be walking the sites while the second hour will consist of discussions in a conference room concerning the requirement. Visiting parties are not allowed to take pictures or videos during the site visit. Questions, answers, and requested pictures that arise from this site visit will be posted prior to or along with the release of the RFQ/RFP. This will be the only time block available. Please provide the full names of all visitors that intend on coming to the sessions at least by the Friday before arrival. Visitors should bring their driver’s license, proof of vehicle registration, proof of vehicle insurance (rental’s only need to provide the rental agreement), steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and ear protection. All interested parties need to be at Robins Air Force Base Visitor’s Center no later than 7:45 AM EST on Wednesday, October 7, 2026. After checking in at the Visitor’s Center, interested parties need to park between Perry Street and Byron Street and be at the pedestrian bridge over First Street no later than 8:15 AM EST to be escorted to the site.
