Government Past Performance Systems including SAM.gov and CPARS.gov will be evaluated to support the determination of responsibility required per FAR 9.104-1. Instructions to Offerors: 1. Provide in your quotation an acknowledgement of contractual requirements of the PWS and pricing for the base and all four option periods . All proposals documents shall be provided in pdf format. Questions are to be submitted to scott_voigt@ios.doi.gov within seven calendar days of the issuance of the original solicitation. Although the government does not currently anticipate a need for discussions, the government reserves the right to conduct discussions if necessary.
