In order to meet the needs of the future in a satisfactory manner, the contracting authority shall enter into a dynamic procurement scheme for safeguarding competition for vehicles under 7.5t. This applies to the purchase, leasing and hire of vehicles for all of the municipality's entities, units and municipal companies, who can use the contract if needed. The value of the scheme will be around NOK 5 million per year. years. The contracting authority estimates the value based on 6 years. The total value of the 6 years will then be NOK 30 million. The value is by no means binding, but only an estimate.
