Background The contracting authority needs to procure several new refuse collection vehicles as a part of replacing older vehicles and to cover an increased capacity need in the sanitation service. The procurement shall contribute to ensuring operationally secure, future orientated and sufficiently dimensioned vehicle park for various collection and transport assignments. The need includes several types of vehicles suitable for different routes and operational assignments. The vehicles shall be able to be used under varying operational conditions, and the contracting authority therefore needs deliveries that are suitable for ordinary sanitation operations, including the accompanying service and follow-up needs. All the procured vehicles shall be electric. In order to facilitate appropriate competition, good market adaptation and effective contract follow-up, the procurement is planned divided into separate sub-contracts per vehicle type. Description of the assignment The procurement is for the complete delivery of electric sanitation vehicles in several categories. The delivery includes both standard refuse collection vehicles and special vehicles for various sanitation and transport purposes, including vehicles with, among other things, automatic lifts, several chambers, hook lifts, lifts, cranes and planes. The procurement is divided into seven sub-contracts. Tenderers can submit tenders for one or more sub-contracts. Several tenders can also be submitted for the same sub-contract. The Contracting Authority requests tenders for the following vehicles: Nine 6x2 refuse collection vehicles, one chamber with automatic lift. 4 4x2 refuse collection vehicles, one chamber with a comb lift. 1 6x2 refuse collection vehicle, 2 chambers with a short wheelbase. 1 6x2 lift manholes 1 6x2 hook lift 1 8x4 sanitation vehicle with a crane and washing facilities. 1 6x2 plan vehicle with a crane. The delivery shall be complete and it shall include the necessary vehicles with additions and relevant equipment for the relevant use areas. In addition a service contract, access to spare parts and telematics shall be included. Further requirements for the performance, technical specifications, functionality and contract structure will be in the tender documentation and the accompanying requirement specifications.
