Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Dostawa wyrobów medycznych, której wyszczególnienie ilościowe określono w formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym stanowiącym załącznik nr 7 do specyfikacji warunków zamówienia (dalej w treści: SWZ).
