Reconstruction and addition - Vea's administration building

Wat de aanbestedende dienst vraagt

The aim of the procurement is to enter into contract for upgrading the administration building in the form of two storey additions and alterations/renovations of the existing three floors. A comprehensive description of the delivery is given in the requirement specification (Annex 1). The assignment shall be executed as a general contract. The body on the 4th floor shall contain a laboratory and office landscape. The 5th floor addition includes a canteen, meeting room and auditorium. The basement floor shall have expanded changing rooms capacity, a new escape route and a new toilet and wet room system. The first and second floors shall be modernised to a new office landscape in addition to new toilets and wet rooms. Ventilation aggregates shall also be constructed over the existing workshop building in addition to some outdoor work. Veas shall be operated in existing premises during the alterations.
